There will be no tax charges for all orders in India. However, some countries may require import tax, duties and related customs fees not being covered in the payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact local authorities.

1. You can check your order status in our website using your order confirmation number
2. Once the order is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number of the courier to track your shipment

Yes, all artworks are packaged by the artist and follow a standardised packaging process. We confirm the packaging with the artist before shipping and take care to make sure the work is properly protected.

1. If you want to return an artwork which is eligible for return, please contact us either by phone or email and our service representative will guide through the return process
2. Refund will only be issued once the delivered artwork is returned to us / artist
3. Refund will be issued to the original payment mode
4. Refund delivery cost is borne by Art Sutra

1. Your order is only shipped after your payment is approved (expect for Cash on Delivery), the delivery address has been verified and the artwork is completed. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your shipment.
2. Every artwork has an estimated delivery time which is displayed in the artwork description. This does not include the packaging time and dispatch.
3. Normally after dispatch, courier takes 5-7 days within India and 14-21 days for international delivery

You will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received.

Yes, our portal offers the unique option of renting a painting. Please refer to the Renting section for more details.

The prices displayed are only for the artworks, customer has the option of ordering frame separately with additional cost.
