Description
The above painting was created by Mr. Nikhilesh Prajapati (me) in the month of January 2020. Actually I visited Khajuraho to celebrate my new year day and saw our heritages, temples and architects. It is full with Indian-ness. And influenced me a lot to create, actually recreate those amazing designs and architects.
After a few days of returning home,I read about Buddha Memorial Park and the very new Patliputra Karuna Stupa. The Stupa enshrining the holy relics of the Sakyamuni Buddha,is the focal point of the Buddha Memorial Park. This park has been developed by the Bihar Government to Commemorate the 2554th birth anniversary of Buddha. This Park was inaugurated by 14th Dalai Lama. This would be my next tour in 2020 but somehow got cancelled, so I created this painting. Painting is done in post- impressionist style. This style is used to show modernism or Modern Bihar only.
Thank you!
